PSG College Urges Students to Help Build Developed India
PSG College of Technology celebrated its foundation day in Coimbatore.
The celebration also marked 75 years of the college’s technical education.
Kris Gopalakrishnan, a founder of Infosys, spoke to the students.
He said India could become a major place for research and advanced technology work.
He told students to use education, research, innovation and business support to prepare for the future.
He also asked them to work honestly and help India create more products.
College leaders called for more research between different subjects and stronger links with industry.
Five successful former students received awards for their work.
