Vedanta Aluminium trained 30 young people from Jharsuguda in Food and Beverage skills.

The training took place at the company’s Vedakshata Skill Development Centre.

The programme taught practical skills that can help participants find jobs.

Amit Kumar from the Odisha Skill Development Authority congratulated the trainees.

He encouraged them to use what they learned to build careers.

Vedakshata also offers training in hospitality and mobile phone repair.

The programme includes mentoring and preparation for the workplace.

More than 90 young people have been trained through the initiative since it began.
