TNPDCL to Hear Consumer Complaints Across Four Chennai Divisions
Tamil Nadu’s electricity distribution company is organizing meetings for customers.
These meetings will happen on September 1 at 11 a.m.
in four parts of Chennai.
The four divisions are Mylapore, Ambattur, Tondiarpet and KK Nagar.
People can bring complaints about power supply or other electricity services.
Senior officials will listen to the complaints.
The meetings will be held at different electricity department offices.
Officials will examine the complaints and decide what action is needed.
Customers should go to the meeting for the division where they receive service.
TNPDCL will hold consumer grievance meetings in four Chennai divisions on September 1.

Residents can submit complaints about electricity supply and other services directly to senior officials.
Each division’s meeting will take place at its Operation and Maintenance Executive Engineer’s office.
Officials have urged consumers with pending complaints to attend the meeting in their respective division.
