Officials Plan National Mass Pledge Against Drug Abuse

The government is planning a large pledge against drug abuse this month.

The pledge will celebrate six years of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.

People will be able to participate in person or online.

Officials want more than 10 crore citizens to join.

They held meetings to plan how different groups can help.

These groups include students, parents, volunteers and government workers.

The campaign teaches people about preventing drug use and getting help.

It also supports counselling, treatment and rehabilitation.

So far, the campaign says it has reached more than 34.56 crore people.
