The unit conducted 3,607 awareness programmes and patrolled 12,942 identified crime-prone areas across Tamil Nadu.
Police said the drive rescued five people with intellectual disabilities, stopped a child marriage and helped 43 school dropouts re-enrol.
The force traced two missing women and four children during the statewide operation.
Cases included alleged sexual abuse, stalking, public harassment and mobile-phone snatching, with several arrests reported.
