NIMS Introduces Best Performance Award for MHM Students

There is a big hospital school called NIMS, which is short for Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, in the city of Hyderabad.

NIMS decided to create a brand new prize for students who study hospital management.

This was the very first time this prize has ever been given out.

A student named Theresa Xavier won this very first prize.

She received the prize during the celebrations for India's Independence Day.

Many other people who work at the hospital, like doctors and nurses, were also honoured that day.

The person announcing the prize thanked the leaders of the hospital for helping to make it happen.

The hope is that this prize will help students work hard and do really well in their hospital management studies.

They also hope that many more students will win the prize in the years to come.
