Madhya Pradesh High Court Grants Bail To Former RTO Constable
A man named Saurabh Sharma used to work as a traffic police officer in India.
A special team called the Enforcement Directorate thought he had more money than he should, so he was arrested.
He had been in jail since February 10, 2025.
He asked the courts to let him out on bail several times, but they said no.
He even asked for temporary freedom because his wife needed surgery, but that was also refused.
Then his lawyers said the investigation was finished and the official papers were ready.
A judge named Justice Ajay Kumar Nirankari agreed that keeping him in jail was no longer needed.
The judge let him go with a promise called a personal bond of Rs 10 lakh.
His trial will still continue, and he must follow all the bail conditions.
