Arvind Kejriwal used to be the chief minister of Delhi, a big city in India.

Some government agencies, called the ED and the CBI, said that when Delhi made a new rule about selling alcohol, some companies were given special favours.

They said the rule was changed in a way that was not fair.

Because of this, the agencies arrested Kejriwal in 2024.

Later, a court said he could leave jail, and the Supreme Court also let him stay free for now.

But the ED is still trying to take away his freedom again.

So, on Monday, August 10, the Delhi High Court will listen to both sides and decide.

Kejriwal's lawyers say the ED is just delaying the case on purpose.

The court will now have to decide whether he can stay out of jail while the case continues.
