OFSS Shares Dip Despite Strong Q1 Earnings Growth
Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (OFSS) reported a big increase in profits for the first quarter of 2026, with a 121% rise in profit after tax compared to the same period last year.
However, the company's stock price went down by 2.89% on a recent day.
Despite this drop, OFSS shares have gone up by 37.25% so far this year, making it the only company in the Nifty IT group with positive returns.
The company also announced changes in its top management, with the current CEO resigning and the CFO taking over as the new CEO.
Analysts say OFSS is doing well because it specializes in banking technology, which is less affected by the global slowdown.
However, technical analysts predict that the stock price might fall further in the near term.
OFSS shares dipped 2.89% despite a 121% YoY PAT growth in Q1 2026.
OFSS shares have gained 37.25% YTD, the only Nifty IT constituent with positive returns.
Q1 PAT surged to Rs 1,416 crore, operating PAT to Rs 1,861 crore, and revenue to Rs 3,125 crore.
