Tata Motors Rises to No. 2 in India's PV Market
Tata Motors has moved up to the second position in India's passenger vehicle market for the first eight months of 2026.
This is a big jump from the fourth position they held last year.
They sold a lot more cars, about 494,370, which is a 37.2% increase from last year.
Most of these sales came from their regular fuel cars, but their electric vehicles also did very well, with an 85.5% increase in sales.
