Bulletproof Car Saves Four After Nine-Round Haryana Attack

Four men escaped unharmed after armed assailants fired nine rounds at their bulletproof Scorpio in Gohana, Sonipat.

The men were returning from a court hearing involving a civil land dispute when their vehicle was intercepted.

Ravinder alleged that the attackers had an existing enmity with him and arrived in two vehicles.

Police said six assailants have been identified, while 10–12 additional accused may be involved.

Five police teams have been formed to apprehend the suspects; accounts differed on whether eight or nine attackers were present.
