Maharashtra Announces 2026 Ganeshotsav Mandal Competition With Major Prizes

The Maharashtra Government is organizing a competition for public Ganeshotsav mandals in 2026.

Ganeshotsav is being celebrated as a State Festival in Maharashtra.

Mandals from different areas can compete at taluka, district, state, national and international levels.

They must be registered and officially permitted to participate.

Applications can be submitted online through a special portal.

Judges will visit the mandals to inspect them.

The best state-level mandal will receive ₹7.50 lakh.

National and international winners will receive similar prizes.

Palghar will also give separate prizes to winners at the taluka and district levels.
