EV Buses and Charging Stations Ready for Visakhapatnam Airport Commute
Visakhapatnam is getting ready for the inauguration of its new international airport on August 1.
To make the commute easy for passengers, the city is deploying 20 electric buses (EVs) and setting up charging stations at various points.
By July 25, all the EV buses will be in place, with some already arriving in the city.
These buses will run on specific routes to and from the airport.
The city is also working hard to finish road works and make them accessible by the end of July.
