Bar Council of Delhi issues voter guidelines for February polls
The Bar Council of Delhi has given instructions to help people vote in their upcoming elections.
These elections will happen on February 20, 21, and 22.
People will vote for 23 seats using a special method called a single transferable preference vote.
221 lawyers have signed up to run for these seats.
Seven of these seats are reserved for women, and five women will be elected, with two more added later.
Voters will put their votes in a ballot box, and they won't sign their voting papers.
The Supreme Court told them to reserve some seats for women, so they are following those rules.
