Chennai: Waste Cleared, But Where Does it End Up?

Chennai collects a lot of construction waste every day, like old bricks and wood.

But, the places where they were supposed to process this waste are closed.

This means the waste is just piling up at these closed sites and other places.

The government is being told to fix this, reopen the processing sites, and find more space to handle all the waste.
