Uttarakhand Heavy Rain: 97 Roads Blocked, Schools Shut in Dehradun

It has been raining a lot in Uttarakhand, India, and the heavy rain is causing problems for people.

Many roads are blocked by mud and rocks, so people cannot travel easily.

Schools in Dehradun were closed for one day to keep children and teachers safe.

Weather experts said more rain is coming and told people to stay away from rivers because water can rise very fast.

A river called the Tamsa River got much higher near a famous temple called Tapkeshwar Mahadev.

Earlier, a tunnel being built in Chamoli filled with water and mud after a landslide.

Sadly, seven workers died and one person is still missing in that accident.

Fourteen workers were rescued and taken to the hospital.

Everyone is being careful and watching the weather closely until the rain stops.
