Judge Recuses from Bengaluru Gym Trainer Murder Case
A judge in Karnataka, India, decided not to hear a case about two men who are accused of hiring someone to kill a gym trainer named Vijay Kumar.
The gym trainer was found dead on June 9 after he went missing on June 6.
The two accused men, a real estate businessman and a lawyer, have been hiding since the police found out about the murder plot.
The judge said he did not want to be involved in this case because he thought it was not right.
Justice Vishwajit Shetty recused himself from hearing anticipatory bail pleas in the murder case of gym trainer Vijay Kumar.
K Prasad Rao and advocate B Lokesh are accused of hiring a contract killer to murder Vijay Kumar.
Vijay Kumar was found dead on June 9 after going missing on June 6 in Bengaluru.
The judge commented that he did not want to be 'part of these dirty things'.
