Heavy Rain Continues in Pune

Pune and the surrounding Ghats have been experiencing heavy rainfall.

Pashan received the most rain in Pune with 49.8 mm, followed by Chinchwad with 48.5 mm.

Tamhini, known for its high rainfall, got 275 mm in the past 24 hours.

The India Meteorological Department says this is not unusual for the region.

Residents are concerned about the heavy rain, but officials note it's typical for this time of year.
