Andhra Pradesh is a state in India, and its economy has been growing richer.

Last year it grew much faster than before, by almost 10 percent.

The Chief Minister, who is the leader of the state, wants it to grow even more next, by 15 percent.

That means more food, more products, and more jobs for people.

Farmers grew much more spices and vegetables than they did last year.

More goods were also sold to other countries.

But there is a problem: not enough rain is falling because of something called El Nino, which changes the weather.

Rivers like the Krishna do not have enough water, and the groundwater is going down.

So the Chief Minister asked his team to make a plan to save water and keep farms safe.

He also wants everyone to use data and technology so the state keeps growing without making people pay too much.
