Telangana economy records 10.8% growth in 2025-26: RBI report
Telangana is a state in India, and it made a lot more money this year than last year.
Its economy grew by about 10.8 percent, which is like your piggy bank getting much heavier.
A big reason for this is that people are buying more things, staying in hotels, and eating at restaurants.
Banks and places that sell homes and offices also did very well.
More money means each person in the state now makes about 4.18 lakh rupees a year, which is higher than before.
This is the fastest kind of growth compared to the previous year's number.
The Reserve Bank of India, the country's main bank, shared these numbers in its yearly report.
Many different parts of the economy grew, not just one.
This shows the state is doing well across many areas at the same time.
Telangana's net state domestic product (NSDP) at current prices rose to ₹16.15 lakh crore in 2025-26, up 10.8% from ₹14.58 lakh crore.
At constant prices, Telangana's NSDP grew 8.8%, increasing from ₹7.23 lakh crore to ₹7.86 lakh crore.
Services and allied activities, including trade, hotels, restaurants, financial services, and real estate, were major growth contributors.
Per-capita NSDP at current prices rose to ₹4,18,931 in 2025-26, an increase of about 10.2% in a single year.
