Andhra Pradesh CM Praises Agriculture Minister’s File Clearance Performance
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed how quickly officials handled government files.
He said Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu was the fastest cabinet minister.
He said Transport Minister M. Ramprasad Reddy was the slowest.
Ministers Kollu Ravindra and Payyavula Keshav were also taking too long.
Naidu said Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha needed to improve.
He also reviewed the work of secretaries, department heads and district collectors.
Most secretaries finished files within two days.
Naidu said some department heads took three days, which he considered too slow.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu led cabinet colleagues in file clearance.
Transport Minister M. Ramprasad Reddy was ranked last for promptly disposing of files.
Naidu said Kollu Ravindra and Payyavula Keshav were also taking longer than expected.
He said Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha needed to improve her file-clearance performance.
Naidu found most secretaries cleared files within two days, while some HoDs took three days, which he called unacceptable.
