Xiaomi Launches Mijia Brand in India, Plans Major Appliances

Xiaomi is a company that makes phones, TVs, and other cool gadgets.

It has been selling its products in India for 12 years.

Now Xiaomi has started a new brand in India called Mijia, which means 'Mi Home.'

Mijia will be the name on Xiaomi's home and lifestyle products, like air purifiers.

Xiaomi also wants to sell big appliances, like refrigerators and washing machines, in India soon.

We don't know yet exactly which appliances will come first or when.

Around the world, Mijia has more than 200 different kinds of products.

These include robot vacuums, electric toothbrushes, and smart scales.

Xiaomi's goal is to make all its gadgets work together as one connected family.

The company calls this big idea 'Human x Car x Home.'
