Gujarat Police Seize Liquor Worth Rs 14.2 Lakh
In Gujarat's Valsad district, the Local Crime Branch (LCB) intercepted a pick-up truck carrying illicit liquor worth Rs 14.2 lakh.
The liquor was hidden beneath sacks of rice husk to avoid detection.
The truck was seized, along with the liquor, rice husk sacks, and a mobile phone.
The driver, Himmat Solanki, was arrested.
Two other individuals, Manubhai and an unidentified associate, are wanted in connection with the case.
The seized items and the arrested driver were handed over to the Dungri Police Station for further investigation.
