The figures supplied for Boath contain an apparent inconsistency because the notices listed exceed the stated number of electors.
Notices were issued over name, surname and age errors, as well as absent, shifted, deceased or duplicate voter records.
Adilabad generated 85,525 notices among 2,50,393 electors; 6,146 were delivered and 79,379 remained undelivered.
Mancherial generated 68,195 notices among 2,83,299 electors, according to official sources.
Boath figures listed 64,900 notices among 21,639 electors, with 19,655 served and 45,245 yet to be served.
Congress activated BLA-2 workers to visit voters, verify notices and help genuine voters retain their names during the second SIR phase.
