Passenger Seeks Refund After Nuego Bus Cancellation Through Redbus

The cancellation message cited PNR 15637309 and promised a refund of Rs.797.05.
Customer-care representative Kausai reportedly mentioned a different refund amount and directed him to contact Redbus.
Pentam said the dispute highlights possible refund problems involving operators that sell tickets through travel agents.
