South Korea Urges North Korea to Apologize for Mine Blast
South Korea says a mine planted by North Korea injured three of its soldiers on September 21.
Its UN ambassador called for an apology and responsible action.
He said the mine was south of the military boundary and that planting it broke the armistice agreement.
The incident matters because the agreement sets rules meant to prevent conflict between the two Koreas.
