Rockstar HR manager says he had little interest in staff union discussions
Thirty-one former Rockstar employees say they were unlawfully fired because of their union activity.
Rockstar says they were dismissed for gross misconduct and leaking confidential information.
At a tribunal, HR manager Charlie Kinloch said he had little interest in union discussions among employees.
The case matters because the tribunal is examining whether the firings were about union organising or workplace misconduct.
