Modern Warfare 4 DMZ mode opens early to pre-order players
Activision has added early access to DMZ, an extraction mode, in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.
The game launches on October 23, 2026, for PC and consoles.
Players who pre-order can start the campaign on October 16 and DMZ on October 20.
The coverage differs on whether early access requires a digital pre-order; one source says it does, while another says any edition qualifies.
DMZ first appeared in 2022’s Modern Warfare 2, but support ended in 2023.
Activision says the new version is a fuller evolution, with persistent progression in the Hajin Exclusion Zone.
