Pentagon raises US military death toll in Iran war to 21
The Pentagon’s casualty database now lists 21 US military deaths since the war with Iran began on February 28.

The update follows reports from US officials that the military’s public count had been lower than the actual toll, claims Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth had rejected.
