Seoul to offer second public course on redevelopment and reconstruction
The Seoul city government will run a second public course on redevelopment and reconstruction from Oct.
15 to Dec.
16.
The program is for residents who want to understand how these housing projects work and what their technical terms mean.
In-person classes will be held 20 times at district offices through Nov.
25.
Online lessons will run from Dec.
1 to 16 and be streamed live on YouTube.
Topics include basic procedures, housing projects called Moa Town and Moa Housing, forming resident associations, and city support policies.
The city says the classes aim to help residents understand their rights and reduce disputes among neighbors.
Residents can register online until the day before each class, or call the program office for help.
