Donetsk region plans resettlement program for residents of Ukrainian-controlled cities

The Donetsk region says it is preparing a program to help residents leave cities under Ukrainian control and move to Donetsk.

Officials say people should travel through safe routes in third countries and Russia, then contact the program.

They say the goal is to protect lives and health and prepare enough housing for those who arrive.
