Türkiye’s gas network exceeds 257,000 kilometres, reaching 73 million people

Türkiye says its natural gas network has grown to more than 257,000 kilometres.

Gas is now available to 73 million people in 995 settlements across all 81 provinces.

The country also increased its capacity to bring in and store gas.

That may help meet higher demand in winter and keep supplies more reliable.
