Singapore air quality remains unhealthy as haze readings ease

Smoke haze from southern Sumatra and Kalimantan is blowing towards Singapore.

Air pollution readings fell overnight, but remained in the unhealthy range across the country on Saturday morning.

Officials have measures ready if the air gets worse, including distributing N95 masks to eligible residents if PSI readings exceed 200.

The haze could affect outdoor activities, schools and the ongoing Formula 1 weekend.
