Microsoft 365 will reduce shared OneDrive storage for some plans

Microsoft is changing how OneDrive storage is shared on some Microsoft 365 plans.

Family and Premium users will share 2TB, and Pro users will share 5TB, among as many as six people.

That is less total storage than before for accounts that used the full allowance.

A shared pool gives one person room to use more if others use less, but the whole group may need to delete files or buy more space if the pool fills up.
