Batavus, KOGA and Babboe sold to Singaporean investor Dutech
The Batavus, KOGA and Babboe bicycle brands have been sold to Singaporean investor Dutech.
Their parent company, Dutch bicycle maker Accell, was declared bankrupt in August.
The brands are expected to continue under their new owner.
Accell’s IT platform and its Hungarian operations have also been sold to Dutech.
