NHG Health call centre lines temporarily unavailable across Singapore
Call centre lines across institutions run by NHG Health in Singapore are temporarily unavailable.
NHG Health said it is working to restore them.
The group includes Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Woodlands Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital, as well as polyclinics and other health institutions.
Tan Tock Seng Hospital warned that patients visiting its clinics and pharmacy may face longer waits while the lines are down.
NHG Health advised patients and the public to use its websites, the HealthHub app or the NHG Health app for help.
The group apologised for the inconvenience and asked people to be patient while it works to restore access.
