There is no urgency and no need to immediately spend billions outside the debt brake, as in the case of a lockdown or a natural disaster.
I think it is too simplistic simply to say that we have done nothing or too little. I would point to the support provided this year. We are granting CHF 1.4 billion to support refugees with S status who are in Switzerland. That is already a substantial sum.
