What is Matrix News?
Matrix News reads reporting from many outlets and turns each story into one clear page: the key facts, the 5Ws, both sides, quotes and a simple explanation, with links to every source.
A story has a mistake
Summaries are written by AI and can be wrong. Send the link to [email protected] and we will look at it.
How do I follow a topic?
Sign in, then use "+ Add topic" on the home page, or tap Follow on any story. Your topics get their own section that refreshes with new stories.
I am not getting notifications
Check that notifications are allowed for Matrix News in your phone settings, then reopen the app.
I cannot sign in
Make sure your Google or Apple account works in other apps, update Matrix News to the latest version and try again. If it still fails, email us.
Delete your account
In the app, open Profile, then Delete account. You can also email [email protected] from the email you signed in with and we will erase your data within 30 days. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
