Northisle Shifts Exploration Leadership as Vice President Departs

Northisle Copper and Gold is changing how its exploration and geology teams are led as it works on exploration and development.

Vice President of Exploration Pablo Mejia left on October 11, 2026, to pursue a new business opportunity.

Chairman Alex Davidson is now overseeing exploration, including the company’s regional exploration strategy.

Northisle says Mejia helped ensure a handoff of technical data and exploration plans.

The company is seeking a Vice President of Geology to oversee technical geology and support its North Island Project in British Columbia.

Northisle expects to announce drilling and regional exploration results in the fourth quarter of 2026, and file an initial project description in the same quarter.

It also plans to announce preliminary feasibility study results in the first quarter of 2027.
