What people are saying
We still haven't broken through. Our team has a low batting average with runners in scoring position, so I think we need to improve our ability to come through in big moments.
This year, including our work from the bench, we simply lacked ability. We have few players with Climax Series experience and haven't been through the tough situations.
There is a way to play in short series. I think most of the responsibility lies with us, the coaching staff, in how we guide the players before the games and how we manage them.
In a short series, you should use everything you can. Rather than worrying about the process, the result is what matters; if it works, any approach is OK.
