Russia says it can supply 300,000 tons of diesel in October
Russia says it is ready to supply 300,000 metric tons of diesel to the United States and its other partners in October.
The offer was announced by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
He said the country could increase exports to about 500,000 metric tons in November and 1 million metric tons in December.
These are planned supply volumes, not confirmation that the fuel has already been shipped.
Novak also said monthly exports could eventually rise to almost 3 million metric tons.
The announcement sets out how much diesel Russia says it may offer to international buyers in the coming months.
