Hyundai Green Food adds care support for employees’ older relatives
South Korean food company Hyundai Green Food has introduced support for employees who care for older relatives, including parents and grandparents.
It has partnered with Careling, a company that provides care services for older people.
Employees can use Careling’s home-care services at a discounted price, including help from caregivers trained to support people with dementia or mild cognitive impairment.
They can also get up to eight hours of hospital accompaniment each year at no cost.
A dedicated advice line will help employees understand care options and how to apply for long-term care grades.
Employees can also receive one free in-person consultation each year with a Careling expert who is a qualified social worker.
