Moscow home rents fell 13% in the third quarter of 2026
Renting a home in Moscow became 13% cheaper in the third quarter of 2026, from July through September.

During the quarter, 105,000 rental listings were closed and 98,000 new ones appeared.
By early October, 112,000 homes were listed, 12% below the peak reached in the first quarter.
