Fake Claude ads use Bing redirects to deliver macOS ClickFix attacks

The ad looked more trustworthy because it showed Bing’s real website address.

Clicking it led through a hacked retailer’s website to a fake Claude download page.

The page showed a real-looking install command, but its copy button copied a different command that downloaded and ran a file.

Researchers do not yet know what the file does.
