Encalm plans hotels and highway motels as it targets ₹5,000 crore in five years
Encalm Hospitality, based in Gurugram, plans to grow beyond airport lounges and build a ₹5,000-crore business over the next five years.
Airport hospitality currently brings in about 90% of its revenue.
The company is considering land in Delhi and Chennai for premium hotels and plans to develop motels along highways.
It also wants to expand its restaurant and airline catering businesses.
Encalm reported revenue of about ₹908 crore in the 2025 financial year and expects turnover of ₹1,200 crore in FY26.
Expanding beyond airports could reduce its dependence on airports operated by the GMR Group, while competition is increasing as airport operators build their own lounge brands.
Encalm says it expects its first lounge at an airport operated by the Airports Authority of India to open in Vadodara in the next three to four months.
