Cimed to launch South Korea-inspired skincare line in Brazil
Brazilian company Cimed is entering the skincare market with Mili, its first brand of skin products for consumers.
The seven products are made in South Korea and draw on K-Beauty, the global trend for South Korean cosmetics.
They are due in Brazilian pharmacies and beauty shops in January 2027, priced from R$70 to R$200.
Cimed says it wants to offer a less expensive option than some imported products, rather than compete directly with established dermocosmetics brands such as La Roche and Vichy.
The launch follows a sharp rise in Brazilian imports of South Korean cosmetics, which reached US$54.3 million in 2025.
Cimed invested R$80 million in Mili and projects R$150 million in sales in its first year.

I will not compete with La Roche or Vichy. It is a new market, a distinct segment.
We want to be the fast fashion of the category.
