Osmania junior doctors plan protest over training and working conditions

The Osmania Medical College Junior Doctors Association plans to protest at Osmania General Hospital in Hyderabad on October 12, 2026.

The protest is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.

at the hospital’s main gate.

It has called on medical students, interns and resident doctors from all departments to join.

The association has asked departments to pause elective outpatient services and planned operations during the protest.

Emergency services and essential patient care are to continue.
