Mick Gordon plans two-year world tour of Doom soundtracks

Doom composer Mick Gordon plans two years of live shows after getting offers from music festivals.

The tour is expected to feature the soundtracks for Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal.

Gordon is already set to headline Manchester’s RADAR Festival, which runs from July 30 to August 1, 2027.

He is also scheduled to perform at Czech Republic’s Brutal Assault Festival in August.

Gordon and his agency are discussing shows on the European metal festival circuit and around the world, with more announcements expected.

The music is known for its heavy drums and driving rhythm, which Gordon says help propel the action in the games.
