Bison Bank launches AI tool to help clients analyse investments
Bison Bank, based in Lisbon, Portugal, is launching Bison Insight, an AI-powered feature in its mobile app.
It brings together information about clients’ portfolios, markets and trends to help them understand their investments.
Clients can use it to explore scenarios, compare asset classes or markets, and review possible risks and opportunities.
The tool can also help clients prepare questions and book a meeting with a financial adviser, who receives context about their searches in advance.
Bison Insight is meant to add information and analysis, not replace professional advice or clients’ own decisions.
The bank will first test the service with a controlled group, then expand access to clients eligible for its Investment Advisory service.
It is available in English, with Portuguese and Mandarin versions planned.
