Man dies after entering tiger enclosure at Yorkshire zoo
A man entered a tiger enclosure at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster, in northern England, on October 10.
The tiger attacked him, and South Yorkshire Police later said he died at the scene despite medical efforts.
An earlier account described him as seriously injured, before the later report of his death.
The park was evacuated, and the tiger remained in its enclosure uninjured.
Police said there was no wider risk to the public.
The park said it was working with authorities to establish what happened and would remain closed on Sunday.
